Would or could someone let me know the truth on this company. I see 4 star rating on the list, but the forum is all negative. Funny that the private notes shows excellent reviews(all from Irvine,CA where the company is from!!!????) I have agreed to do a job for them for next week, but if this is a scam job I will back out now. HELP!

I've done twelve signings for them and was paid within two weeks each time. Unfortunately, the last one was a year ago so I can't give any current info.

I did about 7 or 8 first of last year, really enjoyed working for the contacts and the speedy pay. The was the first part of last year, then, nothing, no calls or returned calls when I tried to make contact later on.

Do lots of RM apps and RM closings. Quick, professional. Not a lot of hand-holding, but if it's for AAG, they have recently changed their app procedure. You now have to call the l/o to go over several forms with the borrower. Royal pain. We were on the phone for over an hour, because borrower didn't understand what a RM was before I got there. Borrower did not hear well and I ended up feeling like I was re-selling it, since I had to repeat everything the l/o said to the borrower.
PLS is a great company! Just watch out for those AAG apps....
