Nope..I can't figure it out either..it saves the "bill to"

but not the "pay to"....ME.....I have to type my name and address every time (I put my phone number in there too)...

I've used Quicken for 3 years and have tried to figure this out - can't find it - I even wrote to the company and asked about it - they were really nice - they never answered...Smile

Linda, I can't have the "bill to" area prefill. My invoices always print my name, address etc. PM me I can explain how to do that..

Quicken Home and Business...

I've used it for 3 years - I have to type type that stuff in every every time...really annoying..

It saves the "bill to" info but not the "pay to" info (which is ME)..

Paul, if you can figure out what I've been doing wrong I'll be forever in your debt...well, I already am but this will just pad your cushion...Smile

Re: Quicken Home and Business...answer

In the pop out screen for invoice...at the top left there is a drop down box. You should see the name of the company that you wish to send an invoice to. If you click the arrow it will dropdown and shows a list of a few companys. Click on the company you want one time..that copy's the information just like a right click copy.... If it does not print all the name and address of the company that you have in you address in the adress box....you just click you curser in the address box and it importes it for you. Good luck

No...talking about MY info...

Not the company I'm billing (I have that part) - talking about the "Pay To" box....to the right of that.
