Rec'd solicitation from an Inspection Co. to do
Loan Mods. Supposedly the real deal. Not an application. Now, why would a Lender go to a very 'frugal' inspection co. rather than a TC/SS to get their Loan Mod docs signed? (Besides, of course, the 'frugal' part.)

Re: Hehe, I think I know....
who you are referring to. If its the same comp they offered me $40 to go 30 miles one way. Told them my fee, got the "I'll have to get that approved" She did call back offering a higher fee, but couldnt meet the fee I wanted, so I didnt do it.
Maybe the inspection comps are competing with the SS's now??

I'm pretty sure I know who your talking about also, I've done a couple of loan mods for them close to home. I takes about 5 minutes to complete one. It's a no brainer call the customer before u go make sure they have the required documentation show them where to sign if they haven't already pop in the overnite envelope (they mail) and out the door you go. Fills the tank for the week.
