I've done work with them and they have been great. Got docs well in advance and got paid from closing-so a few days after the closing I had the check. My idea of the way it should be. Good communication with title co and client.

Did my first closing for them 10 April 2012 got my check 21 April 2012 !!!!

they offer great fee-no bickering. too bad they are east coast and I'm west so I don't expect to get very many from them : (
