Richmond Title Services-Plano, TX (Flex Agents Signing Team
I received a call to do a closing for them but when I looked it up in SC the responses were from 2008. Any recent info would be appreciated.

You can also do a search using the orange search button. Most of the posts are from 2008, but indicate problems getting paid.

I did a closing for Flex back in Sep. They require alot of faxbacks for QC purposes and you have to wait for approval before shipping. They DO pay within 2 weeks, but on the low side.

I've done several with them in 2009.
Paid in 30 days or less.
The packages were large and their title docs were copius and complicated and anything but streamlined.. No faxbacks, though.
I am going to be reluctant to take any in 2010 because of the title stuff...way to much for
what is needed-- imho.

They have been the actual TC for all the loans I have closed for them. Payment is usually 30 days or less. I only have one scheduling person that consistently wants to low ball me on fees. All the rest have no issue with paying my fee. Other than that one issue, I have always had very transactions with this company. Have had a few loans with fax backs but not many. Working with them since '06.

Ditto here. They will lowball you, and I get quite a few calls from them, but somebody else gets most of them as they won't pay my fee. I've done quite a few for them, but I'm not their first choice, and probably never will be. LOL
