The one I watched a couple of months ago was quite boring. All I got out of it was that they were wanting you to buy their system platform for transporting documents. Personally, I don't see it catching on. But then again, that's just my opinion.

They do have an interesting idea. My problem with it is anybody can use it so why would a title company or lender pay me to deliver their docs digitally. What will stop lenders and title companies from purchasing the license and using the program to deliver and sign their RESPA and/or misc. docs. The same is true of any company that rountinely sends docs overnight for signatures that do not need to be notarized, i.e attorneys. Nevertheless, if somebody is willing to look for those companies that would just rather outsouce I think there is an opportunity here. You'll need to think out side of the mortgage industry.
