They called me to do one that was out of my area. I haven't worked for them in over two years. I didn't ask to see what fee they pay, though. I had stopped doing their work when they were only going to pay $65 for edocs.

I used to get tons, in fact they were one of my biggest clients. I haven't worked with them now for about 2 months! Crazy. I've been in touch with them too since it is so strange to get nothing from them, but it appears they are just slow, at least in my area .

I've had several calls from them but their fees are historically low with excessive travel. It doesn't make sense for me to take them.

I'm kind of hoping BofA isn't using them anymore. A friend of mine get one of their agents, even though she had requested me. Unfortunately, she got one of the low-ball budget notaries. Ughhhh!

Did one quick modification this morning. Had a Refi scheduled for afternoon, but it turned out to be a "no sign." Borrowers were refi'ing only to have their son put onto the mortgage and become an owner. Son is in Iraq and Dad has specific power-of-attorney. It seems ServiceLink and I did not know anything about the son and the POA, so the typical package was sent to me, to no avail.

I'm pretty rural. I used to be willing to travel.

Have one to do for them this Saturday. The last one before this one was on 12/22/09, and I forgot to snail mail them an Invoice, darnit, so mailed them an Invoice today for the one I did on 12/22 and then one for the one I'm going to do for them Saturday. LOL Already have the docs for the Saturday closing, which is pretty nice. They'll probably get that FedEx on the closing in about the same day as my Invoices hit there.

JJ :-)
