Signing Pro

Has anyone dealt with Signing Pro? I did a closing for them November 19th and still have not been paid for it. I received a e-mail last week with some sort of invoice pay stub. I inquired about what that was and was told it meant I was going to be cut a check the following week. I asked why it has taken so long to get paid and their response was that their account said to not make any payouts in December! I was livid!

They always pay, just takes a while. If you read your confirmation it will show you toward the top when the check will be cut.

It's been a few days short of 2 months. I couldn't believe that they told me that their accountant said not to cut checks for December. I have waited 45 days for a check, but 2 months? I hope your right...that I get paid. The e-mail said this week. It's Friday and still nothing. Cross your fingers...

No worries, you will get paid. They have been around a long time and have always paid slower than most, but the important part to me is they do pay.

The real problem with the slow-pay companies

is not necessarily how long you must wait, but rather, how many you do in the interim period and then they go poof... gone... and you're out a lot of money. Ask a few notaries how they feel about EFS.

They are also known as Reeves Harry. That is how they are listed in Signing Central.
I won't work with them anymore because of the difficulty in getting paid. Not worth the headache for me.

I did a job for them back in Aug 09 and after many invoices, calls, emails and a letter from my attorney, I have had NO CHECK. I am just about to go to small claims court over the principal of the thing on them. I WILL NEVER accept work from them again.
