Slow?

Anybody else out there super slow? December was a pretty good month for me so I got pretty used to the phone ringing throughout the day...now it's totally silent!! Makes me nervous...

Nine calls last 2 1/2 days,...six too low, three accepted then one cancelled...pretty normal here for me.

Slow--of course it's slow. From what I've seen, lenders aren't doing loan mods or new loans.
Almost everything I've seen for the last six months or so is FHA/VA refi's, and most are brokered loans at that. The people I do know who have applied for "retail" refi's are being dragged on for month after month after month. IMO the lenders don't want to loan money @5%.

I have been steady here in Ohio. Have a few for tomorrow and the second half of a major snowstorm is bearing down on us..Have had 2 feet since New Years and a lot more on the way..Thank goodness I dont have to go too far!

I hope the phones start ringing for everyone..keep in mind its the beginning of the month..that is typically a slow period!

Also, things always slow down during the last week or so of the year around holiday time, as lots of people take vacation. It can take some time for things to start flowing through the pipeline again.
