Suggestion to NotaryRotary Staff
I think everyone here who has ever ordered anything from NotaryRotary has been bowled over by the quality of the supplies and how fast an order gets shipped. I wish you guys offered more items because currently I am buying from 2-3 difference sources.
If you sold the following products I'd buy from you each & every time:
Receipt Book designed for general notary services Binder Clips (medium) Paper Toner
FWIW. BTW thanks for the fast turnaround time on the two orders I had last week.

Amen to the receipt book. What I'm using I don't feel is very professional.

I'm using the NoNotAgain receipt book. It is pretty good. If NR had them, or something very similar, I certainly would order from NR. (hint)

PAW we're going to the same provider for the
receipts. : ) I really like the receipt book. To personalize them even more I use clear labels and type my company name, contact info & tax id # and adhere it to the upper left hand corner. I find customers really appreciate receiving a professional looking receipt that itemizes my fee.
I'd even pay NotRot a few extra bucks to order from them. With the other provider there's no telling when my order will arrive in my mailbox. As for NotaryRotary, I can practically set my watch by them.

Yes, Michelle, we're going to the same provider for the
receipts! I do the same. I have labels made up with name, address, phone, etc. and apply them to the white copy (signer's receipt). For cash sales, I use the receipt number as the invoice number for entering it into QB.

@PAW, great idea - using the receipt # in QB
to tie the two together. Thanks for the tip.

NNA has the best receipt books I've seen so far....(I know, no one likes the NNA).

Yes on toner
Especially bottles of it for us to refill our cartridges.

Paper products I could see, letter, legal, receipt books etc... They should be able to use mass buying to get paper supplies cheaper for us.
I do not see them ever doing toner...to many types for them to stock.

Even if they didn't warehouse it themselves, they could probably strike a deal with an office supply/toner company to provide the service at a certain cost, with NR getting a small cut of the deal. Would cost them very little and help support the services here. I think many of us would be happy to buy through NR on that kind of deal.

So why doesn't one of our enterprising notaries set up a supply business--you know, like Amazon. It would be a warehouse operation, after all. Any takers?
