Anybody ever done business with these people?
I have already done the signing, but can't find any info on them - like DO THEY PAY?

If you mean the one is the San Diego, Ca area, then you should know that this guy doesn't respond to his messages at all. I did a closing in Sept, and have as yet to hear anything from him. many calls, and emails to him.
He doesn't pay!!

The one in Ramona, CA is terrible. I did a signing in May, 2009, and waited 9 weeks before contacting them. After many phone calls (to an answering machine), faxes, and emails, I have received absolutely no reply. Haven't even been able to talk to anyone. I even went so far as to email comments from Signing Central. The only time I've ever had communication was when called in early May by their scheduler. I hope the delay is because they're too busy, standing in the unemployment line.

I did a job on 10/22/09 and have yet to be paid. I have contacted the BBB Wyoming and BBB California, tired of trying to contact them, they only have voice messages and NEVER return calls, faxes, or emails. I will not work for Sunset Signings again and will continue to persue my fee.

Sunset Signings are not paying their notaries for services rendered. I questioned them on this when accepting the assignment and was told, via e-mail, and I quote "You will absolutely be paid within 3 weeks from the completion of this signing". unquote. After 5 weeks I e-mailed them and they are not responding at all. BEWARE of Sunset Signings. If you work for them YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!!

After several weeks of non-payment for a loan modification agreement I did for Sunset Signings, LLC out of Ramona, CA I finally received a check and it BOUNCED!! I have begun a collection action against Sunset Signings including filing a small claims lawsuit in court. WORK FOR SUNSET SIGNINGS LLC AND YOU WORK FOR FREE!!!
