Value America, Equity National, etc.
I think these are two companies that charge a nominal fee per assignment. I hope I have the names correct. I signed up with Value America many months ago but haven't received any work from them. I'm curious how popular these sorts of programs are and how many signing agents get steady work from these companies.

Please do a search--this has been discussed at length. The fee charged by ValuAmerica is compensated for by Equity National! Too many are interpreting this as being charged a fee to get work---not!!!!!!

I could be wrong....but...
I believe Equity National, and other companies, use ValuNET for their document delivery...not ValuAMERICA, which is a separate signing company altogether and is listed as such in SC....

Re: To clarify here...just went and looked at my signup
Yes Linda, you are correct. Valunet charges Equity for using their system. In turn Equity is "charging" the SA to access the Valunet system. They're really not charging the SA. Equity says just to increase your signing fee the add'l amount. Your not paying a fee to close their loans as some may possibly think.

I just tried getting on BCCH Inc.'s website and there this company's website domain is for sale. What this means, I don't know. Did they fold up or switch names?
