WHAT WOULD YOU DO ?????????????????

The following is from a Notary who wrote to me for advice:
How would you answer or advise the Notary?

This person has been a Notary for several years.
The Notary rec'd a call from a friend asking to have a document Notarized. But while they were meeting a lot of yakking was going on & the Notary Notarized the document & handed it back to the friend.
It was not until the friend mailed the Notary a copy of the document for the Notary records, did the Notary realize that the friend did NOT sign the document. The document has now been sent, un-signed to the requestor.

Suggestions ?
