I have linked your post to the company in SC. Had you read the reviews you would have seen that others have the same experience. Not a good company to work for.

Sorry about the all caps. Just really frustrated with the whole situation. I would like to know how to navigate through the system to find out what other companies are no good to work for can you help?

Look at the top of your screen - the bar just below Notary Rotary that has "Home: Find a Notary" etc, then click on Signing Central and you can search for companies. Check there to see forum discussions etc on the particular companies.
