Can anyone suggest a notary program to keep track of our business?? Thanks, Kim

You need to treat it just like any other service business. There's lots of stuff on the market for small businesses who offer services, and I'm sure you will get a lot of different answers. What works for one, may not work for another, as the choices and needs vary widely.

For me, I use QuickBooks Pro and an Excel spreadsheet.

I think a lot of us use quickbooks u can set up accts as u like
Don't think there is a program designed just for us

i had a program i found a couple of years ago designed for us and it did everything but it does not work vista (what else is new) and she went out of business...thats why i was asking around...are you talking about the expensive quick books or the cheap version?

I use Quicken Home & Business. It's not a very popular in the Quicken empire but I like it and its easy to use.
