Good Afternoon! There was a discussion the other day that NSAs were reporting seeing 3.5% rates..Can you tell me from whom these rates are coming from? Thank you for your help!

The ones I've seen have been from Mortgage Investor's Corp - fixed at 3.5% for three years, then adj 1% up or down per year. Min interest rate is 2.5%, max interest rate is 8.5%

I've only seen the lowest rates on ARM's. Also, keep in mind that you can usually buy-down a rate with points.

Claudine, I honestly don't remember off the top of my head.
After EOM I'll check and see if they were e-docs. If so, I still have a copy of the docs and can tell you the name of the lender. If they were overnight docs then you're out of luck. My memory just isn't as good as it used to be.

I had one two weeks ago lender was a credit union. Fifteen year mortgage.
