Used to be a decent company ...... also dba Broker Settlement ........ now lowball prices, if they don't sign ...... if they rescind ....... if it doesn't fund for any reason ....... you won't get paid . Buyer beware.

Thanks for info. They had loans that closed in this area apparently used closers that didn't care and they didn't get the recording documents signed. They need to go back to the closer that left the paper out.

I have and still do work with Broker's Settlement and find them to be excellent to deal with. They pay my fee without question and pay twice a month like clockwork. Did 2 for them this week and hope they send me a ton more.
