ATR Seminole Florida

Has anyone heard of ATR ( Applied Technology Resources, Inc.) they asked me to do a last minute closing which was 30 miles from my house 2 months agi, I agreed and they still have not paid me and they paid in the low end. I have tried emailing and calling. Last month I got an email response that they did not forget me and the check went out it has been over 60 days and still no check. They are based in Seminole Florida.

I was called by them yesterday, couldnt agree on terms. (low pay for me) I tried to add them to SC, but says already added. Try doing a search a few posts come up.

talking to,

big red flag there...let us know if and when you get paid OR

if the borrowers still own their home.

Where is this company from, or headquartered? Also, pease provide a phone number and any other info on this company that you have.

I would also suggest, sending Harry of Notrot, and email, asking him to add this company as a SS and not as an individual, which is probably the reason why they are not coming up when one tries to add them on. He'll have to reach them first, in order to do this I believe....that's what I was told once.

Just following up on this company, because they called me again (from 727-381-1836) saying they were UST Global this time. Once again asking me to do a final modification of about 20 pgs, in a different location than yesterday, when I said what I would charge, the woman hung up. Not even a police, sorry no can do. You look at both their websites and they have their fingers in everything. Yet they are unwilling to meet us with decent fees. What is with these people- ATR? They now outsource for UST Global, which others have worked for directly with decent fees?
