just noticed the signing confirmation shows Accuate Holding Group, but in the email, under the signature line it is New Millenium Title.

are they the same??

...I am surprised they met your fee. Last time they asked me to do a closing they wanted to pay $80 with edocs.

It is confusing sometimes who we are doing the signing for. The original call said "Accurate Title". The confirmation says "Accurate Holding Group", but the name under their signature in the email says New Millenium Title Group" in Aliso Viejo, CA.

so, not sure really.

didn't see I have to fax back anything. The fee is low end of XXX. Document package not too big.
