Anyone have any experience with MDA ?

MDA used to be TransUnion. Has anyone have any recent experiences with these new people. Please share what you know. Do they pay better then TransUnion (I hope) lol

Thank in advance for any info.

they hold the record with an all-time low fee of $46

They've actually gone from bad to worse.

Cheap! Cheap! At least they pay the notaries! If you can walk to a mod job. it's just OK.

Are they in DE and Irvine? They are paying me $xxx. I have not received any payments yet. But they are not late yet. I am not taking any more signing from them until I get paid.

I've done a few closings for them too but they are not due yet. We'll see we should all post +/- when paid.

Sorry, and they've agreed to my fee but you know the saying they can agree to anything getting paid is another.

They do pay within 30 days. They start low and if they can't find anyone, they will call/email you back and meet your fee. They do a lot of BOA with fax backs, however.
