Anyone heard of Legal Housing Group?

They appear to be a loan modification group along the lines of Century 21, et al. Asking for upfront fees from FL residents. An acquaintance is looking to modify loan, somehow found these people. She has all emails, including last nights barrage demanding to know if she is going to send the $1295 to continue with this course of action.

No..but have her forward the e-mails to the AG's office

they won't take a complaint from us but they will accept them from consumers - and up-front fees are illegal in FL...

If she has the perseverence, she can do it herself.

Trick is to be persistent even when the lender asks you to resubmit the file a million times. Who is the lender?
