Avenue 365
Has anyone heard of Avenue 365. One of their representatives sent me an email with an application to join. Says they are looking for NSA's in my area but they are not on any list.
Just wanted to know if anyone else received the same email and if anyone has some information on them.

I got the same email. I did notice that they are on this site's list of companies and they have not yet been rated though.

They have comments by 2 people - you have to click to read
Both comments somewhat negative
If there are only a couple of comments, the rating is not given. I don't know what the cutoff point is, but 2 is not it.

I have done several closings for them through an SS. I've always been paid within 30 days.

Avenue 365 Title Company?
I just had a signing through a signing agency and the title company is Avenue 365. I have always been paid through this signing agency in a timely manner. If this is the same company, they must not want to use the signing agencies.

Re: Avenue 365 Title Company?
I wonder what they are paying the SS since this is what they offer as per the contract they sent directly to notaries:
Standard: Overnight Documents $55 Email Documents $70 Re-sign Documents <50 pages (Not Signing Agent Error) $25 Re-sign Documents >50 pages (Not Signing Agent Error) $50 Additional Loan (2nd loan; closing simultaneously) $25 (added to amount above)
Special Requests: If we need documents faxed immediately following settlement - Fax <20 pages (within 30 minutes of signing) $15 Fax >20 pages (within 30 minutes of signing) $25
Reductions from Fees for Unsatisfactory Service: No confirmation call to borrower within 4 hours of acceptance of order $10 No call upon completion of signing before 9 AM following day $15 If message left no tracking information provided $10 Arrive late to settlement $25 Incomplete or incorrect signing TBD Movement of appointment without permission (unless requested by customer) $10 Untimely Fax if agreed upon upfront (more than 1 hour post settlement) $15
**Any fee can be changed with permission/approval in writing prior to the service performed. It must be confirmed in writing on the confirmation sent to the signing agent. This confirmation must be produced should a fee be in question for payment**

Re: Avenue 365 Title Company?
Not knowing anything about this company nor have I ever heard of it, I'm assuming it's fairly new, and they acquired their "fee" schedule from XYZ assuming this is the norm for what an NSA charges. Unbelievable!

Re: Avenue 365 Title Company?
They pay a lot more than that to the SS, think I'll just stick to working for them.

I got the email a while back, also. They've been discussed before. It's apparently a new co. out of PA that is going national. They came on the forum & stated that anyone is welcome to list their fees on the agreement. So far I haven't signed up, but wouldn't have a problem in doing so.

They have been title in a few I have done, but payment was through signing agency. Only for about a month or less.
