Avenue 365 LLC, PA g/b/u
Good morning everyone! Hope you had a wonderful holiday.
Is anyone familiar with Avenue 365, LLC? I saw them listed on SC but there were no reviews or ratings. They sent me an e-mail solicitation today and I wanted to get some feedback before signing with them. Any input is appreciated.
Thanks.

I have done signings for them through an SS, not directly.

Thanks, but I already saw those messages. However, none of them stated whether this company pays on time, is reputable, sends docs on time, etc. The closest comment made was that someone had worked with them indirectly. Plus, there were many comments about the low fees although the owner stated he's willing to negotiate. That is why I'd like to get info from someone who has worked with them directly.

They Are soliciting thru e-mail
Got an email they are looking for notaries. Really have no knowledge if they are good or bad. I will not waste time till I find out they are good to deal with and pay on time.

he'll negotiate? his fee starts @ $70, just set a higher fee
and be done with it. that's why he has to send out emails to try and get notaries

Well......Send Him A Wake-Up Call
Perhaps he does not understand that this is the year 2010, 10 years deep into the new millenium and that $70.00 isn't going to cut it nowadays. This may be true especially if it's a start up company. Maybe he did not do all of his homework. The lenders and title companies may be undercutting him. Help the dude!
Remember, we are business people too who have (or at least should have) some skills in making counteroffers. Talk to him! Get some idea as to how large his loan packages are, how often is he sending overnight packages versus e-docs, faxback fees, about how many closing you should expect from him a month etc., and compare them to your expenses, time etc.
I'm still waiting for a response from someone who has actually dealt with this company directly....

been there, done that with him.....
You may have better luck getting a response from someone who has actually dealt directly with this particular company by checking with the same agents on here who work for SOX, Nations Direct, etc. All of those folks who will work for $85 eDocs- his all time high premium fee, I might add!
