Anyone know what signing company Bank of America and Chase bank use or a # that I can call to get added to their databases?

I'd suggest contacting the lenders directly - as an attorney you may have to go a different route than we notaries do.

From my experience, the tc's & ss' are all bidding on this work from the major lenders.
It's being spread out among many companies. Also, I encountered mostly brokered loans, so the broker is involved in choosing a tc/ss. There's no one co. I can put you on to. Unfortunately, the bidding for the work also means the lower fees we're being offered. Many good NSA's are leaving the business because the low fees make it impossible for them to make anything at all. We can't control fees, but I hope you won't end up being one who takes the low fees.

Tene - I sent you a pm. You're new to the board so

I wanted to let you know. You'll need to select the "Home" tab and look down to the little mailbox.

Tene, I also sent you a PM as I am very familiar with BOA.
