Ummmmmm, yes. They are a hand-holding, irritating bunch of individuals, that drive you mad with their telephone calls and computer-generated messages telling you that you didn't do this or that, when in fact you followed the rules correctly. That, added with the incomprehensible gibberish that is supposed to be English from about 1/3 of the staff, will make a normal person borderline insane. They will call you half-way through a signing to find out if you are done. (Yes, I would be but you are interrupting the signing). Too many of their imagined errors on your part will cause them to either remove your "White Glove" status or just drop you. Oh, and never send them an email telling them they are wrong about something. They don't like criticism, constructive, or otherwise, and will brand you as a disgruntled notary. I performed over 1,000 signings for them and finally I just got tired of dealing with them, and I fired them. In all fairness, they paid me on time and paid my fees, but the constant last-minute docs, the jumbled English conversations and the hand-holding (due to some idiot notaries screwing up their loans) just finally became too much to bother with. But then, that's just my opinion. My blood pressure is now 10% lower.
