Fidelity Keegan

Following Mssg 317631 and 330469.....Without any phone calls, I received another package through regular USPS....I did email them -because no way to get a live person- and I was asked to contact the borrower setting up a meeting. I asked for payment for the previous closing, same borrower, about 3 months ago, and no payment so far.
So I replied back saying that I can refuse this signing based on their non payment. That they should be up to date for me to continue doing business for them. No answer.
So Fidelity Keegan is in uuuuugly list.

How weird! I read your other message about this and it's just a strange story. You must have done the original signing? Have you sent them (him) a collection letter? It really puts up a red flag for me if I call a company and never get a live person.
