Didn't you read the comments in Signing Central? There are a lot of slow pay/no pay issues reported.

I had 5 signings from February. I did receive payment for 3 but am still strying to get the remaining money owed to me. try this phone # 1-512-507-2550. Here is some additional info I found on another message here at Notary rotary

The 800 phone number is no good. I tried calling that one. He won't answer either 512 phone numbers. I have been advised to report this as a financial crime by Austin DA's office and Austin PD
