Guardian Title & Trust, Jacksonville, FL

A new 5 star TC for SC. I did 2 signings for Amie on 6/25 and 6/29. Got paid on 7/7. They were Provident loans and she pays accordingly.

How refreshing to hear of a really good company! Thanks for posting & listing them in SC.

BTW, what's the latest on Provident's $500K E&O requirement?

I don't know about anyone else, but Guardian covers the notary under their policy and Provident is fine with it.

Don't say that so all the SS will start soliciting their business.

She's not looking for a new SS. She is getting her own database together of notaries only.

Thanks. It's been a while since I saw a Provident pkg.
