My scanner is not working. It scans but the doc is all grainy and unreadable.
Any suggestions?

I'm not familiar if it's an autofeed or flatbed? Have you tried flatbed. Maybe it needs to be serviced/cleaned? Have you checked the dpi/pixels or whatever its called. That will make it grainey. Sorry I'm not a techie so my terminology is bad.
