Ink color--AZ???

I'm thinking I read that AZ requires black ink? I have a seller side of a purchase here in VA.
Anyone????

I wish there was a grid here on NotRot that

listed all the ink colors for each state. I'm doing more purchase closings for people here in AL on business (property is elsewhere) and usually ink color is not addressed in the instructions given to the purchaser. When I ask they haven't a clue. If title can't be reached by phone, I let the purchaser decide.

I have always used black in Alabama for purchases and refi's etc... unless stated otherwise and no one has ever said anything.

I'm asking about Arizona. Maybe it was the ink color for

the notary stamp that has to be black?

Sorry MW/VA, I should have added that I don't know the

answer to your question about AZ.

No requirement for ink color. notary stamp has to be of a color that is photographically reproducible.
