Michael Anderson, et al. v. Signix, Inc., NOT SPAM

Nearly sent this email to spam folder.
For those covered by the NNA class action law suit, it is in regard to your
"award ' for $52. No exactly life changing , but far better than a poke in the eye
with a sharp stick.
Don't spend it all in one place.

Did it settle? I sent in the request months ago but hadn't heard what happened at hearing.

The NNA hasn't posted any updates either on their page:

Heh... in reality somebody purchased the membership for me

some time back. It did provide some revenue for me... and I'm not a total hater of the NNA. I'm more middle of the road. I do think they've done a few good things.

And the funny thing is that when the membership was up for renewal last year, I didn't renew. However, the NNA never canceled my membership. It's set to expire again in a couple of months, and I'm certainly not going to renew it.

Bob, thanks for posting this. BTW were the checks really

mailed? I don't remember getting a check. I hope I didn't throw the thing out thinking it was junk mail. SMH.

Looks like it is a coupon good for membership or other

goods or services purchased from NNA.
PLEASE DO NOT SHOOT MESSENGER!!!!

OK....now that does sound familiar. I think I did get some-

thing in the mail to that effect. Not sure what I did with it though. I have no guns pointed in your direction. I purchase supplies from the NNA that are not available for sale here on NotRot.

I sent in for a check for the $52....

It seems those that didn't do that have received emails today with the information for $52 worth of credit toward a year of membership or supplies through NNA.

I did not get the email... so I'm guessing those of us who didn't (and sent in the form) will see a check soon?

I also sent in for the $52 check. Have heard/seen nothing so far.

If I recall correctly, the agreement was worded so that if too many people requested the cash (there was some percentage, a low figure), the NNA had the option to convert the refunds to only merchandise or services. I recall reading it and thinking "no one is getting cash in this deal'"
