I am having problems getting paid by this SS. I was reading James post. Have you been paid James?

I have been emailing and no response from Melissa. I have worked for some years with this company and this is the very first time they are not paying me, invoice is reaching 3 months now.

I will post when ever I get paid.

Yes, I have been paid. I believe Melissa handles payments, I have not had any problems getting paid, however I have not gotten any work from them in a few months now. I t was because I had the time slots booked. I didn't mind working for them.

Ok, but you said in previous posts that you had some type of trouble collecting? My invoice is reaching 90 days and that is unacceptable in my book.

Yes I did because I was contacting the wrong person for payment, that's how I came to find out Melissa runs that show. I was contacting Michael.
It is important to understand the process of each of these SS. Some, your initial contact handles everything( I like that) and some have schedulers and people who pay invoices. It is important to find this out before hand (ask) so payment won't be delayed because somebody didn't do their job, maybe out sick or hopefully something excusable.

I don't know what is up with them either. I should have rec'd my payment by or before end May 2010. Now mid July. Keep getting run around. No response from Melissa/Acctg (works PT) and Joyce promised to get back to me & doesn't or says an email was sent to me-Not. This is the 3rd X they say,"Don't know what happened, or Check has been re-issued"? Strange when they have my correct address in system. I am putting them on Hold.
