WOW.... I actually recieved 4 checks from them today...Owed from March and april and most of may signings. They still owe me one from February , rest of may and June. Guess the Attorney Letter that my attorney sent to their legal deparment may have worked.
lets see if I get any more checks...

I also received 3 checks from them today...for 5 closings from March thru May. Apparently, my e-mail was effective, since I received a response within minutes of mailing it last week, promising my payments to go out last Friday.
Payment received today, Monday!

I also got paid. Just one signing though. I didn't take anything after that b/c of comments that were being posted here. They called me last week & I reiterated that I was not accepting anything from them due to non-payments. My check arrived yesterday.

I had just sent them an email about non-payment for 2 closings from March and a half hour later I went to get the mail and there they were! (except one was short $20). Now that's fast. But not fast enough to accept another closing from them.
