NREIS.....The time has come!

Well, it's time to give them a heave 'HO"....I've done signings for them since 2004 and they were one of the best for me. hadn't heard from them in quite a while then in april 2010 they come calling me out of the blue....well... I accepted as I usually did(not looking at this board for any issues with them cause I hadn't had any) but here it is July 10th and no payment. I called them on several times after the 45th day but they give me the run around.... I will not accept assignments for them again. In all my years as a signing agent, I may have been "stiffed" once before.......therefore this is only the second time.......Shame on you NREIS. Please take heed notaries....don't fall into their trap.

I also made contact with the accounting dept. I asked them if I could be paid
for my May 2010 invoices. They returned the email, and said your checks are in the
mail...also including all of June invoices !!!

Don't give up on them yet !!

They are 5 months behind with me. I do not do closings with them anymore , unles they put me on the settlement statement. They have called begging, that i do a closing because lender has requested me. I refuse to close for them unles I am on the settlement statement.

I am taking them to small claims. Seems months and months of Email , phone calls, ect has not worked. My Attorney sent out the letter this week. Lets see if that lights a fire under their Behinds. If not in 30 days I do not hear from them I will go through procedings and see them in court. I am DONE!!! No more run around with Dead BEat companies that are refusing to pay.

i have had the same experience with them, so shocked that they are deadbeating now, they were one of the best a year ago. I refuse to work with them now

I think they are working on April and May. I was paid for 4-7 and 5-4. Some one the other day said their March had been paid.

I got paid for my March, April and May 1st ( the last one ) on July 9th. I had to twist some arms. I am not doing any more singings for them until they pay everybody else and straitening things out. Paypal would be a good option for me if they call me.

I finally got paid today for February and April. They stiffed me on a $20 no sign fee, but I'm not going to pursue it. Thanks to whomever gave me the email address to send my demand here on this forum. Never again. They were a good SS for me too for a long time, but no more.

I've emailed them over the past 2 months and nothing. I've called several times, but they say they haven't begun processing "april". Well, all I can say is never again. I hope notaries aren't desparate for cash that they sign with them to do the job because not getting paid for several months down the road is not fair and NREIS company should not better.

I am owed for March,February and through June. I called they told me there would be a 24 hours turn around. Then they sent me one check for beginning of March which was for a loan mod. Now, when I was called for a signing I told them I would not be doing anymore till they catch up on this mess. I was told that they got behind because of the Boa loan mods.Told me that the appraisers had to be paid. Hey I did my job too!

That message was posted months ago by me when I didn't get paid until March 22, 2010 for my closings in Nov 2009. They are about 6 months behind, but they did pay me, but I still won't take their closings. I can't afford to finance 6 month interest free loans for anyone.
