National Signature Closers
Do they pay on time? Are they reputable company to work for? What is this about the $25 dollars annual fee?

"$25 dollars annual fee?"... Run Forest! Run! Shouldn't pay
any company to be on their list, IMO.
No company will guarantee you X amount of jobs per month or that they will meet professional fees.

Don't pay any signing service to be on their "list." That's just an extra revenue stream for them, and there is no guarantee they'll ever call you. Better to spend your advertising dollars buying the best listing you can get on Notary Rotary.

If they need you, they will call you and you will not have to pay the $25. Never, never pay a fee to sign up with a signing service or title company that *may* give you work in the future.

I think these things are scams. My sister paid $29 for a "mastercard" of sorts - it is a card issued by a loan servicing center out of Kentucky. The idea behind this is - that immediately upon conclusion of the loan, her pay will be added to that card. Well, she has been trying to get paid from them for about a year now. They gave her all kinds of excuses - one was - didn't you receive your card? After telling them for several months - no - they then kept saying that they "sent" it. She didn't receive it - then she finally told them to send it to my sister's address and lets see if it gets delivered. Well, they finally sent it and yes I received it. Don't know how much they put on the card because it is her card but I told her (and she is one of those that never listens) not to pay anyone to work for them - and, I told her she needs to quit working for these lowballers - that just infuriates me - as they don't really care whether you get paid or not - and as an example I used her own situation wherein it has taken her a year to get paid! Oh what to do, what to do - with sisters who don't listen.
