They've been discussed recently...not in SC though
Probably all related though...if you search you'll find a lot of info
This is the office that requires the notary to fax back the entire BofA package calling it a BofA requirement (when it's really not)....
Good Luck..

See Msg #326680
I was just researching them myself. I got a call today from the TX number but I was not available for the time they needed. I wasn't too broken up about it due to the reports of low pay with faxbacks. See Msg #326680 for the TX connection.

They dropped the full package faxback requirement
and are now back down to the 30+ pages of selected documents they had for the past several months. They also reduced their fee by $10, since you only have to fax back 1/4 of the package instead of the whole thing. Of course, when they originally started the faxbacks they refused to pay anything additional for it, funny how that works, huh? But at that time, they were paying a good enough fee and giving enough volume that it was worth absorbing the cost.
I haven't done any signings for them since the beginning of May, so I don't know if they've made additional changes since then.

I tried & did a couple for them recently. Faxbacks are critical docs (still about 35 pages). I'm not taking any more. It wasn't cost effective.

About four months ago I received an email from them that they were only paying $75.00 for edocs. I used to do a lot of work for them but when they came out with that, I told them to take me out of their database.

I did a couple of closings over the last month for them and they have a good reputation about payments

They've always paid like clockwork
Unfortunately, that's not the problem so many of us have with them now, it's how much they are willing to pay for a signing. Which is now 1/3 less than it was at the beginning of the year.
