No Pay

Hi All: I have been having trouble getting paid for outstanding invoices from Dynamic Field Solutions. I have open invoices dating back to April. Just want to give everyone a heads up. The check is always "in the mail".

There's a lot of feedback on this company and I have turned 'em down twice within the past week. Have never worked for them but still they send a 'canudo' e-mail (probably a mass e-mail) with not enough info to make an informed decision. I do reply to it and tell them I won't work with a company with as poor a reputation for payment as they have. But, a few days later, along comes another e-mail for another signing. Guess they really don't give a hoot and must be finding someone that will work for free.

I have been turning them down for years - they have one of the worst payment reps in this business. And when I tell them why I'm turning them down, their responses have indicated that they could not care less about any unpaid notaries.

Always do a search on this website and check Signing Central when a new-to-you company calls for a job. Even if you initially accept the job, do a search and turn the job back to them if their payment rep is bad. Companies will also try and smooze you by saying that all their payment issues have been in the past or that all those other notaries simply do not know how to invoice properly. Don't fall for it.

calling people and hiring them to do a job know that they have no intention of paying for? I have 2 friends who got their notary, listed themselves with notary rotary and never really pursued the business/ Guess who called both of them? Speedy closing. They have never done a signing- yet Speedy was ready to hire them. They obviously troll the network looking for people they have not burned- ( yet?!). It is pretty horrible. I know my profit margin would be a lot higher if I never paid my bills!!

Wow these guys have the worst reputation EVER. Look at the BBB ratings and stuff. We should all use that one collection agency for Notaries ONE BOX.
