Notary Ink in CO

Anyone else having touble collecting or reaching them? I did a signing for Tanya on May 20 and have yet to receive anything from them. I have gotten one e-mail saying she would mail the check "tomorrow" (that was June 25) but as of today, nothing. Have called and e-mailed many times, and have not gotten a response since "the check is in the mail" note.

I have not had a call from her for several months. After a signing she always paid promptly. Times have changed.

They have always been a good company to work with but I haven't heard from them since April. Did a signing then and was paid within 30 days. Sure hope they are not in trouble. They are nice people.

I also haven't worked with them in a few months, but they were always good for payment at 30 days.

Waiting to get paid for one done in May. Does not return phone calls or email. I will be contacting TC, etc. tomorrow.

Aw, geeze, I just did my first one for her last week because the only thing posted at that time was positive. Thanks for posting today in SC - that will help others in the future. Please keep us updated. I will call TC if I have problems collecting.

I just tried to fax to their number and it "is not in service" so I called the TC and he asked me to fax over the info to him. Unbelievable

I just spoke with the LO on the signing I did for Notary Ink and he is going to try to call the title company also and see what he can do. I left a message for the title co also and will try again tomorrow. I also just left messages on both of NIs after hours phones. You know, I am not as busy as I would like to be with signings and least people could do is pay me for the few jobs that I do. This is getting so frustrating!

I have been talking to the TC and they are aware of this companies payment issues. I asked to be paid directly from them (as they said they hadn't paid Notary Ink yet) because I can see that I won't be paid from the SS. Please contact the TC if you are owed money from any company. They need to know that not only is the SS not paying closers but it's going to come back to them, the bank will be made aware and so on. I am so sick to thing about the number of sleazy people in this business trying to make money off someone elses work.
