Just wanted to let you know I have worked with this company and would recommend them to everyone. They are quick payers. I completed a signing on June 17 and received an e-mail that my check was in the mail (without having to call and ask) on July 2nd. I received it on July 5th or 6th. Very pleasant to work with. They pay 60% of the sigining fee and provide a copy of the invoice they send to the Title Company. Nothing happens behind your back.
