Looks like I dodged another bullet.

Went to the movies and when I came out, noticed I had a missed call. Returned call. Proficiency Signings has an e-doc refinance for Monday. Docs are ready. I quote my fee of $XXX. She says the most I can pay is $90. Sorry.

Get home and check them out here on NotRot. Not only are they low-ballers but, seems you're lucky to get paid by them within 60 days!! Whew.

Well, at least the movie was action-packed

I wouldn't work with a lowballer even if they met my fee. They are completely untrustworthy. What will happen is that they will be in a bind and agree to any fee I quote. When they finally send the check in 60/90/120 days, it will not be in the amount they *agreed* to pay......the check will be shorted down to the lowball amount they normally offer - $60.

Can a man walk on hot coals and his feet not get scorched? If you work with lowballers, you will get burned!
