Shredding away
About 2 1/2 reams of paper. One loan was printed twice and going on the 3rd try. They actuall sent it 4x's total, 3 with revisions. #2 was corrected so fast, it didn't get printed.
2nd loan- the borrower pointed out that the new loan amount didn't even cover the payoff. He had also told them no escrow and no cash at the table. So that one is totally put off for another day.
Waiting for last minute to print what I hope is the final set on the first one.

When you have problems such as this why not call borrower before printing and verify the pkg is correct? I realize there's a privacy issue but you can ask them what they are expecting then verify the info on computer screen.

On loan #1 the TC in Hawaii was sending every draft of the doc's. The SS thought they were final drafts and forwarded them to me. This last correction is for an error the borrower caught.
Borrower is reviewing the doc's before I even get there.

We have a trick we teach to our students
Instead of having to spend hours shredding unused or unwanted documents, place them into a barrel or container. Fill with water and a little bleach. When the documents have completely dissolved they can be thrown away or used for paper mache projects.

We have a place for mentally challenged adults in our town. I make some cookies and take them and my docs and we sit there and shred away. They love it and so do I.
