Signature Notary Service/Consumer Title

Are these companies STILL in business? I've been stiffed 2 times by them!!! A L/O, Andy Toth, for Ohio First was outraged at the thought of them not paying notaries and promised to rattle somebody's cage about it, but NO LUCK!

I used to do quite a bit of work with them..But then all these payment problems started and I quit working with them. They have not called me in a while now!
