TimeShare Relief DBA Transfer Smart - anyone know them?

Wondering if anyone has ever worked for either of these companies. They guarantee clients that they will "get you out of your timeshare - guaranteed!"
They need a notary when they come to town to notarize limited POAs for the clients that decide to participate in their program.
I worked for them and it was a nightmare. Just wondering if anyone else has worked for them.
You can PM me if you prefer.
Thanks.

I have not worked with them.

However, I did speak to them as I'm looking to sell/rent my timeshare, which is multi-destinational. The way their "guarantee" works is the timeshare owner pays them to take the timeshare and that fee varies and starts at a very handsome amount. I decided to not use their services. Just didn't feel right.

The organization I worked for a couple of weeks ago was Transfer America. I had to be present after three "meetings". 11:00, 2:00 and 5:00. They are basically the middleman. It was easy work and total time spent was all of maybe 2.5 hours. The fee was comparable to what a refi loan signing "used" to be by a title company. And it was cash.

I posted about them a while back. Cash on the barrelhead

whether anyone shows up for the presentation or not.

Fabulous experience.

Re: I posted about them a while back. Cash on the barrelhead

I've worked for them twice. First time it was cash as promised. Second time I found out, at the end of the day, that each "team" is a franchise, and this particular one paid by check only. I did get the check same day, and the check cleared no problem, but be aware that you may not get cash. I'd still work for them again, but it was a little disappointing not to receive cash as their scheduler said I would.

I worked for them a few months back. I got cash right on the spot. Only had to work 2 of the meetings as they cancelled the 3rd one. Was easy money, and I didn't have to wait around for the meetings, just be there at the end for the POA's.
