Truly Mobile Closings
Did my first and last closing for this company over 45 days ago. She told me a over a week ago she had personal family problem which put her behind. Promised check was going out , no check, not returning phone calls. Very unprofessional.

I did two for her - one 12/16/09, the second 2/2/10 - received a check for both on 3/3/10 .... during my conversations with her about the 12/09 invoice she played the "family problems" card with me too - also, she advised me she does not pay the notaries until she's paid which I did not know in advance. Several other notaries were also waiting on checks during that time.
I will say she did answer her phone and spoke with me or, if not available, she did return all my calls... but I'm done too - no more. It's a shame too because she's pleasant to work with.

Diana was always pleasant to work with. I had completed a number of signings for her last year and, up until the end of the year, payments were on time. She did have a family problem that set her back in her business from which I don't believe she fully recovered. This year I completed a few for her but unfortunately payments went beyond the extended period I gave her. Would I work for her again? Hmmm.... Maybe. It's a matter of trust. I found that she is very trustworthy based on a situation I had with her but at the same time I can't afford to extend my payment period beyond what we had agreed to.

The problem is that I don't consider her trustworthy when she told me she was sending it out and I have not received it. Also she is not returning my calls. My policy is to let the title company, etc. know. Which I will do .

I guess things have really changed with her. It's to bad that another one who had a great reputation on this forum has fallen by the wayside.

I have never had a bad experience with her....She is always honest...and a pleasure to work with...she recently had a death in the family... are you so cold hearted you couldn't understand that...if I owned the signing company..i sure would not call you again to work for me...many companies pay well and pay sometimes 45 days not 30 and if you can't wait for it when you know it is coming, then loss business and sit on notary rotary when you could be out doing closings. btw, would you appreciate companies bad mouthing you a website about your performance when you had a death in your family

Maybe you would like to pay me for the closing. If so, I'll send you my info. Obviously you got paid so your comment doesn't apply to mine.

Diana, is a professional, she has had hiccups but she pays. With the economy and a slow paying companies, I understand her situation she also was late with me. I have dealt with companeis that don't return phone calls and avoid completely.

Well I have dealt with her for the past 3 1/2 years and it is tooth and nails trying to get paid by her. I actually am currently waiting to be paid for a closing I did for her back in April of this year. I have to go around and around with the woman to pay me. It is always personal issues and promises to pay me and I never get it. A few hiccups here and there are fine but no consistent ones are not acceptable. After a while it becomes a habit or bad business practice. I rather not deal with her. She is the only company on my books that have outstanding issues with.
