USAA

I have a call on my answering machine from Service Link about a USAA closing. I don't think I've done one of those. Have done many for Service Link. Can anyone give me a heads up about USAA? Are there faxbacks, how big a packet, would like to know before I call them back with a quote. I got home late after doing Right of Way Easements, and found the message. Just wanted a heads up before I call them back. Any replies are certainly welcome. Couldn't find anything pertinent in search. Thanks in advance.

I've done quite a few USAA loans (not for ServiceLink) and they are your typical loan. I can't tell you specifically how many pages, but it's nothing out of the ordinary, say around 100 pages or so. I have never had to fax anything back unless it's been a non-owner occupied property. Borrowers have always been well informed and paperwork has always been in order.

Good, sounds like the regular fare then. I just hope they weren't like those BOA fax back half the packet.

Packages have been neat and orderly. Am not certain there were any faxbacks, but if so, they were small.
