UST Global and ATR (Applied Technology Resourses)

What is weird yesterday I and others posted about ATR in florida being a offshore "signing" mill. They called me from the number on their website (ATR) 727-381-1836 for a loan modification- final closing papers, could not agree on the fee. see Msg #344737

Now today, I got a call from the same number as ATR above, but this time, they say they are UST Global, wanting me to do final modification of about 20 pgs, in a different location than yesterday, when I said what I would charge, the woman hung up. Not even a police, sorry no can do. You look at both their websites and they have their fingers in everything. Yet they are unwilling to meet us with decent fees. What is with these people- ATR?

UST called me 6/21/10 for a same day refi. They agreed to my fee with no qualms and I received payment in full on 6/30/10.

I posted same here and SC. Sorry your experience wasn't positive like mine.

I got a call about one hour ago from the same number, Loan Mod offered $40.00 gave counter offer, nada, goodbye, thanks for calling.
