It's TC dependent

I've done many, but they were all via TC's.
I've never been hired directly by Wachovia, although they often refer general notary clients to me.

Wachovia Mortgage will take over Wells Fargo Financial

I have been told at local WFF office that they have less than 60 days to find new jobs.

WFF will no longer exist...it will slide over to Wachovia now.

Lost out on 10-15 closings a month when this happened! Sux for me.

If you know anyone working at a local Wachovia

You might politely ask for an introduction to the LO's on staff...they might be able to give you a lead as to which TC's handle these, and/or if there are any local brokers who choose Wachovia loans for their clients.
All you need to do is get your foot in the door.
