Who is National Loan Closings (NLC) in IA?

I checked to see if they have a rating but did not find them.

Well, maybe I just found out and maybe I didn't. Read some reports about NLC in other states but this is IA. Have they relocated?

A lot of us have received the email from them this past week. I have received the same email twice and due to someones comment on NotRot have chosen not to respond.
