does anyone know the tape trick to use more toner??? and where are the sensors you have to cover? thanks

on the right (as you look at it sitting in the printer) side of the cartridge is a small round clear plastic window, put a piece of black tape over it. Also. gently shake cartridge back and forth 5-6 times before you put it back

As i remember it is the right side but all my printers now have LD products cartridges in them and not the original brother cartridges. The LD cartridges do not have a window on them but i used to use that trick on the brother cartridges.

I put masking tape on both the right and left. I was not sure if it was just one or both. Worked great for me. I have a HL-2140, but the trick should work the same for all (I think
