collection agencies

Has anyone ever used a collection agency to go after deadbeats like Rich Kim and 4 notary?
I talked to one today and they are glad to take it even though it is only a $115 due.

Be careful who you use. Some time ago I spoke to a closing agent in Oregon she hired a company in New York. They collected the money and kept it. Do a search in here. Maybe BBB can be of assistance meaning look the company up first before hiring them.

Check NNA's web page for debt collection and follow their guide lines. I did that a couple of years age and got all my fees.
